VALENTIN NEUSER
Rechtsanwalt (RAK Wien, RAK Berlin), Mediator

My professional career began in 2004, initially in Berlin and Düsseldorf. In 2006, I relocated to Austria and began to work for a renowned business law firm, at first as an established European lawyer (niedergelassener Europäischer Rechtsanwalt). Since 2010 I have been working as an Austrian and German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) in Vienna.

During my career so far, I have had the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge and experience in large and medium sized commercial law firms. I attach great importance to constant professional growth: with this in mind, I completed my training as a mediator in 2019.

The main focus of my practice is advising on civil law, all areas of dispute resolution and immigration law.

I conducted a huge number of investor litigation and construction litigation, cross-border civil litigation and arbitration proceedings, and was involved in international inheritance disputes. Due to the international nature of my activities, in particular as the long-serving head of the CIS team in a well-known business law firm, I have gained profound knowledge and experience in international civil and procedural law.

Contract drafting and negotiation as well as involvement in corporate disputes and transactions are also part of my consulting services. Not least, I am very adept at handling large amounts in dispute, large corporate structures, and dealing with international implications and complex matters.

In 2021, as a partner at a well-known Viennese business law firm I very successfully took over the management of their large immigration law department. After many years of working as a lawyer, shareholder and partner[HS1]  of this business law firm, I decided that it was time to establish my own law firm in October 2023.

Due to the structure of my firm and my cooperations neuser Legal can offer qualitative advice in almost all areas of law and provide its clients with practicable and economically optimal solutions.
